I had so much fun at my first Zumba class with Cindy! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcome, and the other participants were just as friendly and encouraging. I couldn’t stop smiling and laughing through the entire class. The music was great, the routines were fun and easy to follow, and I got such a great workout without it even feeling like exercise. Looking forward to going back!

The new class on Friday is as always fun and entertaining. Cindy is able to combine exercise with enjoyment and creativity. You get a workout while laughing sometimes at yourself but you do work hard. I will be attending whenever I can

Cindy's classes are always fun and high energy. She consistently aims to improve and provide enjoyable fitness fun for her participants. However if you prefer traditional classes this is not for you it suits those who like variety and entertainment

Cindy is absolutely amazing as a Zumba instructor! Her energy is contagious and every class feels like a party. She makes the routines fun and easy to follow, while still giving us a great workout that leaves everyone smiling (and sweating!). Cindy always brings so much positivity, encouragement, and passion—it’s impossible not to feel motivated around her. I love how she creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone, no matter their fitness level. I always leave her class feeling uplifted, energized, and looking forward to the next one. Highly recommend Cindy if you want a workout that doesn’t feel like work!
